Banana

There once was a fine, ripe banana
who saw another banana and was very excited
She was the sweetest finger in the hand
and she liked him too

When they were alone
she slipped out of her peel and threw it at his feet
delighted, he stepped towards her
but he was too eager and slipped
"you can still eat the bruised part," he said
but the magic
was gone
